We're proud to have served our community in Yarm since 2000. In that time, our funeral home has helped countless families, offering the practical guidance and advice they need to arrange a fitting send off for a loved one. Whether you live in Yarm or surrounding areas like Eaglescliffe, Crathorne, Kirklevington or Ingleby Barwick, no one knows the area and its people better than our team.
If you need to arrange a religious or non-religious funeral or one that simply reflects someone's culture or beliefs, we can help you. We know all the local churches, places of worship and crematoriums, including Yarm Methodist Church, St Mary and Romuald Catholic Church in Yarm and St Mary Magdalene Church in Yarm and Stockton and Teesside crematoriums. We can also help you find a friendly funeral celebrant or religious leader to take the service.

We have longstanding experience working with families who wish to hold a service at a particular place of worship, including St Mary and Romuald Catholic Church in Yarm and St John The Baptist Church in Egglescliffe. Our team will liaise directly with the clergy on your behalf to make sure the service reflects your faith and your family's wishes. Whether the funeral follows Catholic rites or another tradition, we are here to arrange everything with care and respect.
On the day of a cremation, our team will guide your family through every stage so there are no unexpected moments. We can arrange for the service to begin at a local church such as Yarm Methodist Church or St Mary Magdalene Church in Yarm before the procession travels to the crematorium, or the service can take place at the crematorium itself. We will talk you through the timing, the order of the day, and any music or readings you would like, so that the occasion feels right for your loved one.
Yes, our team at Yarm covers Ingleby Barwick and the surrounding communities, including Kirklevington, Crathorne, Eaglescliffe, and Stockton across Teesside. We are here to support your family wherever you are in the area, and our funeral home on Yarm High Street is easy to reach from all of these locations. Please do not hesitate to get in touch with us at any time.
When someone dies, you can call us at any time — day or night — and our team will come to collect your loved one and bring them into our care at our Yarm High Street funeral home. From that point, there is no pressure to make any decisions immediately; we will walk you through the necessary paperwork and registration process at your own pace. We are here to take the weight of the practical arrangements off your shoulders so your family can focus on being together.
Our funeral home sits on Yarm High Street, and parking is available directly on the High Street itself where the first hour is free of charge, with stays between one and three hours costing £2. There is also parking on West Street nearby, where the first hour is again free, which can be a quieter option if you prefer. Our arrangement room is on the ground floor and the building is fully wheelchair accessible with an accessible toilet, so every member of your family is welcome and comfortable when you visit us.
