Promotional discount for funeral plans

Offer is open to all UK residents and valid between 29.09.25 to 28.11.25. You can save up to £250 with one discount which can only be used once when you purchase a new pre-paid Co-op funeral plan.

The discount varies if you purchase either a Direct Cremation Plan (£50 off), a Simple Plan (£150 off) or a Bronze, Silver or Gold (£250 off) within the opening and closing dates. Discount is redeemable only by the purchaser of a funeral plan.

Full terms:

  1. Co-op Funeralcare Discount on Funeral Plans offer runs between 29.09.25 to 28.11.25 (inclusive).

  2. This promotion is open to all UK residents (excluding Northern Ireland) aged 18+ and who purchase a new pre-paid funeral plan between the offer dates. Anyone with a pre-existing plan with Co-op Funeralcare is excluded.

  3. The available discounts for Eligible Clients are: £50 off a Direct Cremation Plan, £150 off a Simple Plan or £250 off a Bronze, Silver or Gold Plan.

  4. In addition, Eligible Clients who are also Co-op Members will receive an additional Member discount of £50 when purchasing either a Direct Cremation, Simple, Bronze, Silver or Gold plan. This gives them a total discount of either (1) £100 off a Direct Cremation Plan, (2) £200 of a Simple Plan or (3) £300 off a Bronze, Silver or Gold Plan, depending on which funeral plan is chosen.

  5. The additional member discount can be used in conjunction with the Discount offer within the same plan between the offer dates.

  7. To receive and redeem the Discount Offer, you must purchase either online at Co-op Funeralcare, over the phone on 0800 289 120 or in person at one of our local Co-op Funeralcare homes (search Co-op Funeral Homes and Funeral Directors - Co-op Funeralcare) and the discount will be applied automatically.

  8. The additional member discount would be automatically applied when a valid membership number is entered online (internet access required) upon checkout or provided over the phone or at the Branch.

  9. Membership card or number must be presented at time of purchase to benefit from the additional member discount.

  11. If an Eligible client makes use of this promotional discount offer and subsequently cancels their funeral plan, refunds will be given for the amount of the funeral plan less the discount and less any applicable cancellation fees as set out in the relevant funeral plan terms and conditions, Funeral plan terms and conditions - Co-op Funeralcare

  12. Promotion is only available for any purchases of new pre-paid plans made between the offer dates and can only be redeemed by the purchaser of the funeral plan.

  13. Transactions that are upgrading/downgrading a pre-existing plan are excluded from this promotion.

  14. The promotional offer amount will be taken off the value of the plan purchased and cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other (1) offer, (2) discount or (3) promotion including our Co-op Member colleague discount.

  15. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or modify this promotion at any time in whole or in part in any event that makes it necessary to do so.

  16. This promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England, and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts if any dispute arises.
