Promotional discount for funeral plans

  1. Co-op Funeralcare Discount on Funeral Plans offer runs between 02.03.26 until 04.05.26 (inclusive).

  2. This promotion is open to all UK residents (excluding Northern Ireland) aged 18+ and who purchase a new pre-paid funeral plan between the offer dates. Anyone with a pre-existing plan with Co-op Funeralcare is excluded. Temporary card holders are excluded. Together being “Eligible Clients”.

  3. The available discounts for Eligible Clients are: £50 off a Direct Cremation Plan, £150 off a Simple Plan or £250 off a Bronze, Silver or Gold Plan. (the “Discount Offer”).

  4. In addition, Eligible Clients who are also Co-op Members will receive an additional ‘Member Discount’ of £50 when purchasing either a Direct Cremation, Simple, Bronze, Silver or Gold plan. This gives them a total discount of either (1) £100 off a Direct Cremation Plan, (2) £200 of a Simple Plan or (3) £300 off a Bronze, Silver or Gold Plan, depending on which funeral plan is chosen.

  5. The additional Member Discount can be used in conjunction with the Discount Offer within the same plan between the offer dates.

  7. To receive and redeem the Discount Offer, you must purchase either online at Co-op Funeralcare, over the phone on 0800 289 120 or in person at one of our local Co-op Funeralcare homes (search Co-op Funeral Homes and Funeral Directors - Co-op Funeralcare) and the discount will be applied automatically.

  8. Discount can only be used once.

  9. Membership card or number must be presented at time of purchase to benefit from the additional Member Discount. The additional Member Discount will be automatically applied when a valid membership number is entered online (internet access required) upon checkout or provided over the phone or at the Branch.

  12. Promotion is only available for any purchases of new pre-paid plans made between the offer dates and can only be redeemed by the purchaser of the funeral plan.

  13. Transactions that are upgrading/downgrading a pre-existing plan are excluded from this promotion.

  14. The Discount Offer and the Member Discount amount will be taken off the value of the plan purchased and cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other (1) offer, (2) discount or (3) promotion including our Co-op Member colleague discount.

  15. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or modify this promotion at any time in whole or in part in any event that makes it necessary to do so.

  16. This promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England, and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts if any dispute arises.
