Promoter

This Customer Survey Prize Draw (Prize Draw) is operated by Co-op Insurance Services Limited, a society registered in England and Wales with registration number 4390. Registered office: 1 Angel Square, Manchester, M60 0AG. References to “we”, “us” or “our” in these terms and conditions are references to the Promoter.

Agreement to these terms and conditions

Submitting your entry to this Prize Draw shall constitute your acceptance of these terms and conditions and your agreement to be bound by them. These terms and conditions take effect immediately upon entry to the Prize Draw.

Opening and closing date

This Prize Draw shall open on 01 April 2025 and close on 31 March 2026 (the ‘‘Promotional Period’’). Any entries made before the opening date or after the closing date will not be valid and will not be entered into any of the monthly Prize Draws. Each Prize Draw shall run monthly and entries will open at 00:00:01(GMT) on the first day of every month and close at 23:59:59 (GMT) on the last day of every month (the ‘Prize Draw Period’).

Eligibility

Entrants must be UK residents and aged 18 years or over. No purchase is necessary to enter this Prize Draw. Internet access is required. The entrant must have received and opened a ‘Customer Satisfaction Survey’ email from the Promoter and completed the survey within the Promotional Period in order to be eligible.

How to enter

Entries are made by fully completing and submitting the ‘Customer Satisfaction Survey’. The survey is conducted once a month with a Prize Draw taking place at the end of each month. One entry per person only during the Promotional Period. Entrants will be required to provide their full name, email, home address and Co-op membership number (if applicable).

Prize

One winner will be selected each month to receive a £100 Co-op Food gift card or an equivalent membership credit if they are a Co-op member. Maximum one £100 Co-op Food gift card/membership credit per entrant during the Promotional Period. Each prize has a value of £100 to be redeemed against products in Co-op Food stores operated by The Co-operative Group (excluding independent Midcounties, Central England, Southern or Chelmsford Star co-operatives or in non Co-op branded stores (such as NISA or Costcutter). The gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions of use printed on the reverse (including redemption before the expiry date, if stated) and full terms and conditions for use can be found at coop.co.uk/terms-and-conditions. Gift cards/membership credits are not exchangeable, and no cash alternative can be requested. Gift cards/membership credits are provided at our discretion and we may substitute or change the gift cards/membership credits for a prize of an equivalent or greater value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.

Winner selection

Each winner will be randomly selected no later than 5 working days after the end of each Prize Draw Period from all valid and eligible entries received using a randomised computer process that produces verifiably random results. The Promotor and its agencies will not be responsible for the non-inclusion of entries as a result of technical failures or otherwise, including as such failure which is within the control of the Promoter or its agencies. Proof of submission of entry is not proof of receipt of entry.

Notification

Each winner will be notified within 10 working days of the draw via the email address that was provided when the entry was made. If any winner declines a prize within the required period, they forfeit any right to the prize.

Delivery of the prize

For non-members of the Co-operative Group, the prize will be sent via recorded delivery to the address supplied by the winner within 10 working days of the winner being notified and the winner will be required to sign to acknowledge receipt where feasible. Alternatively, if the winner is a member of the Co-operative Group, the prize will be credited to their membership account. The Promoter or its agencies accept no responsibility for any loss, injury or damage suffered through acceptance of the prize. The winner may be required to submit valid identification before receiving their prize.

Decisions of the promoter

If there is any dispute about the receipt of validity of any entry or any other aspect of the Prize Draw, this will be decided by us. Our decision regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Winner list

Winner’s names and respective country of residence can be obtained by sending an email to insurancemarketing@coop.co.uk within 30 days after the closing date of the Prize Draw.

Disqualification

We reserve the right to reject any entry, withhold any prize and disqualify you from the Prize Draw if we, in our sole discretion, suspect you of failing to comply with these terms and conditions or of fraud, cheating or dishonesty including attempting to manipulate or tamper with the operation of the Prize Draw (including, without limitation, by setting up and using multiple email addresses). Entries submitted on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed. Incomplete, illegible, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted.

No responsibility for entries not received

We accept no responsibility for entries not successfully received by us, or which are delayed, due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.

Use of personal information to administer promotion

We and other members of the Co-operative Group may collect personal information from you in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and other applicable data privacy laws. Except as set out in clause 15 below, we and other members of the Co-operative Group will only use your information for the purposes of administering this Prize Draw, including but not limited to, carrying out the Prize Draw, contacting the winners and delivering the prizes. For this Promotion, customer data will be collected by Qualtrics in accordance with all relevant laws and regulations as the data processor. The Promoter will process the customer’s data in accordance with the full privacy policy as the data controller.

Use of personal and other information for promotional purposes

By entering this Prize Draw, you agree that if you win we and other members of the Co-operative Group may use your name, county of residence and any testimonial you have provided to us, for promotional purposes (including on our websites, social media, within our magazines or within promotional emails).

Cancellation or withdrawal of promotion

We reserve the right at our absolute discretion to withdraw, modify or cancel this Prize Draw without prior notice and without liability to any party if it becomes necessary to do so.

Changes to these terms and conditions

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Revised terms and conditions will be available at coop.co.uk/insurance/about-us/our-promotions/nps-100-pound-gift-card. It is your responsibility to keep up to date with any such changes.

Relevant law

This Prize Draw and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts if any dispute arises.
