Promoter

• Co-op Insurance Services Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and appears on the Financial Services Register under number 779364 (“Co-op Insurance”).
• References to ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’ in these terms and conditions are references to the Promoter.
• The administrator of this promotion is SimpliSafe Ltd ("SimpliSafe") a company registered in England and Wales under registration number 10795126 and with a registered office at 196 Deansgate, Manchester, M3 3NE. SimpliSafe’s registered VAT number is 287 6084 60.

Opening and closing date

This promotion runs from 29 April 2025 10am British Summer Time (Start Date) until 02 January 2026 10am 2026 (End Date).

The offer

• This Promotion permits Eligible Customers to purchase the following (Offer) which make up the SimpliSafe Home Security Kit, including 2 free month trial of 24/7 Pro Premium Monitoring, typically valued at £425 for a reduced price of £99 (prices correct at time of launch)
• 1 free base station
• 1 free keypad
• 1 free entry sensor
• 1 free motion sensor
• 1 x temperature sensor
• 1 x water sensor
• 1 x wired indoor camera
• Eligible Customers will also be invited to take a 2 free month trial of 24/7 Pro Premium Monitoring and will qualify for 30% discount on selected accessories sold by SimpliSafe if the Home Security Kit is purchased. SimpliSafe will communicate how this discount can be redeemed and for how long, via emails sent 1 day and 7 days after the Customer purchases the Home Security Kit.

Eligibility

• Eligible Policy means a Co-op Insurance Buildings, Contents or Building and Contents insurance policy. Renters polices are not included.
• Only one Eligible Policy per risk address.
• This promotion is only available to UK residents who have a UK billing address and are aged 18 years or over. New customers must purchase an Eligible Policy from Co-op Insurance between the 29 April 2025 and 2^nd January 2026. Renewing customers will be eligible to take up the offer if they have made a payment on their renewing Eligible Policy (either payment in full or have made their first monthly payment), between the 29 April 2025 and 2nd January 2026.

Notification and application of the offer

• Eligible Customers will be introduced to Simplisafe through a policy confirmation email or letter sent to them following a new or renewal purchase of an Eligible Policy. Details will be contained in an email or letter depending on their communication preference.
• Only one Offer per Eligible Policy bought.

Redeeming the offer

• Eligible Customers will receive an access link or QR code in their policy confirmation email or letter following a new or renewal purchase of an Eligible Policy which enables the Offer to be redeemed from SimpliSafe, Offer details and how to redeem guidance, and associated Simplisafe T&Cs will be included.
• The access link or QR code must be used and the Offer claimed by the 03/03/2026.
• The link from the email will also contain details of how Eligible Eustomers can claim an optional 2 months free of 24/7 Pro Premium Monitoring.
• SimpliSafe will then communicate how the 30% discount off SimpliSafe selected accessories can be redeemed and for how long this is available, via emails sent 1 day and 7 days after the customer purchases the Offer.

Additional terms

• The Offer is not exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative can be requested. The Offer is provided at the Promoters discretion, and the Promoter may substitute or change the Offer for an Offer of an equivalent or greater value if circumstances beyond the Promoters control make it necessary to do so.
• Where SimpliSafe have grounds to suspect that the offer is being redeemed by someone who is not an Eligible Customer, they may in their absolute discretion refuse to fulfil the Offer without liability to you.

Limitations

The Promoter, SimpliSafe or any associated partner reserve the right to alter, amend or withdraw this Offer without prior written notice at their absolute discretion.

Exclusions

• If you are taking out a new Buildings, Contents or Buildings and Contents Insurance policy with Co-op Insurance, you must not have another Buildings, Contents or Buildings and Contents Insurance policy covering the same property at the time of purchase in order to qualify for this Offer.
• Subject to all other exclusions in these terms and conditions, Customers with a previously valid Buildings, Contents or Buildings and Contents Insurance policy that ended before the time and date of purchasing the Eligible Policy will be eligible to participate in this promotion.
• Eligible Policies bought in conjunction with Co-op Membership exclusive offers will still be eligible for this Offer.
• The underwriter reserves the right to decline any application for any insurance policy at its absolute discretion and is not obliged to disclose any reason for rejection. Should this occur, the customer will not be eligible for the Offer.

Decisions of the promoter

If there is any dispute about the receipt of validity of any entry or any other aspect of the promotion, this will be decided by us. Our decision regarding any aspect of the promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend this promotion due to events or circumstances arising beyond its control. The Promoter is not responsible for any third-party acts or omissions.

Agreement to these terms and conditions

• Entry to this promotion shall constitute your acceptance of these terms and conditions your agreement to be bound by them. These terms and conditions take effect immediately upon entry to the promotion. These terms and conditions prevail in the event of a conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. • We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Revised terms and conditions will be available at coop.co.uk/insurance/about-us/our-promotions/simplisafe. It is your responsibility to keep up to date with any such changes.
• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, damaged, incomplete, illegible, or delayed attempts to redeem the Offer and such attempts will be void. The Promoter cannot guarantee uninterrupted or secure access to the redemption route. We accept no responsibility for attempts not successfully received, or which are delayed, due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network, or server failure of any kind whether or not such failure is within the control of the Promoter or its agents. Proof of submission of registration or claim attempt is not proof of receipt of attempt.

Disqualification

We reserve the right to not award the offer and disqualify any individual from entitlement to the offer if we suspect them of failing to comply with these terms and conditions or of fraud or dishonesty.

We, SimpliSafe, other members of the Co-operative Group and 3rd party agencies acting on our behalf, may collect personal information from you in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and other applicable data privacy laws. We, SimpliSafe Limited, other members of the Co-operative Group, or third party agencies may use your information for the purposes of administering this Promotion. Limitation of liability

All conditions, warranties and representations expressed or implied by law or otherwise in connection with the Offer or this promotion are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law and the Promoter shall be under no liability whatsoever or howsoever arising in connection with any loss, damage or injury suffered as a direct result of the provision or use of the Offer or entry to the promotion. The Promoter makes no attempt to exclude or limit its liability for death or personal injury arising as a result of its negligence.
