Changes to your health
You must let us know about any changes to your health. Your policy may need to be updated due to these changes and there might be an extra cost to make sure you are still covered.
Adding a medical condition
If you have not yet departed on your trip, call us and we will amend your medical information. If you have already departed we are unable to make changes to your medical information for this trip. However, you should still call us so we can confirm how your cover is affected.
Changes to your medication
To make any changes to your medical declaration please call us as soon as possible. This will make sure it is up to date so you have the correct cover when you travel.
Unfit to travel
If you are declared 'unfit to travel' by a doctor, nurse, occupational therapist, pharmacist or physiotherapist you can seek to claim. With an annual multi-trip policy you can use the travel insurance again when you have been confirmed ‘fit to travel’.
To make a claim you need to have a trip booked.
If you do not want to claim, you can request a refund. This may be a proportional amount, depending upon the circumstances.
Travel insurance is promoted by Co‑op Insurance Services and arranged by IES Limited and administered by Insure and Go Insurance Services.

Calls are charged at local rates from landline and mobiles. If your phone has inclusive minutes these calls are normally included.
Applicants for insurance are subject to normal underwriting criteria.
Co-op Insurance Services Limited will receive a percentage commission from your insurance payments.
