We have on-site parking directly at our Waterloo Road funeral home, including a designated disabled space, and if those spaces are taken there is a large free car park behind The Prince of Wales Pub just nearby. The building is fully accessible at ground level, with a ground floor arrangement room, wheelchair access throughout, and an accessible toilet. We want every family member to feel comfortable and welcome from the moment they arrive.
Whenever you are ready to call us, our team is here around the clock — you do not need to wait until morning or until you feel composed. We will come to wherever your loved one has died, whether that is a home near Bebside or a hospital, and bring them into our care at our Waterloo Road funeral home. From there we can talk you through the paperwork, including registering the death, at whatever pace suits your family.
