You can call us at any time, day or night, and our team will talk you through everything calmly and without pressure. One of the first practical steps is for us to bring your loved one into our care, and we can arrange collection from a home, hospital, or care facility across Dartford and the surrounding areas including Darenth and Greenhithe. We'll also help you understand the paperwork involved, including registering the death, so your family isn't left trying to work it all out alone.
Yes, our team on Lowfield Street supports families across Wilmington, Greenhithe, Bean, Sutton-at-Hone, and Darenth, as well as Dartford itself. Wherever you are in the surrounding area, we can come to you and guide your family through every step at whatever pace feels right.
Yes, we have a chapel of rest at our Lowfield Street funeral home where you and your family are welcome to spend time with your loved one in private, for as long as you need. Our arrangement room is on the ground floor and the building is fully wheelchair accessible, with an accessible toilet available. If you're driving, there is pay and display street parking nearby as well as a paid car park within a short walk, so getting to us should be straightforward.
We have experience arranging services across a wide range of faiths and beliefs, and we work closely with local churches including St Vincent's and St Anselm's to help plan a service that truly reflects who your loved one was. Whether your family follows a particular faith tradition, prefers a non-religious humanist service, or wants something in between, our team on Lowfield Street will listen carefully and make sure the day feels personal and meaningful.
We work with Thames View, Kemnal Park, and Eltham crematoriums, depending on your family's preference and circumstances. On the day, our team will travel with your loved one and we can arrange for the service to be held at the crematorium chapel, where family and friends gather to say goodbye before the committal takes place. We'll talk you through what to expect so nothing feels unfamiliar or rushed.
