You can call our Chester Road funeral home at any time, day or night, and our team will guide you through every immediate step, including bringing the person who died into our care. Once that is arranged, we will help you understand the paperwork and registration process at your own pace, so nothing feels rushed or overwhelming during such a difficult time.
Yes, our Newquay funeral home serves families across St Columb, Perranporth, and the wider area, so wherever you are based locally, our team can come to you. We are very familiar with the roads and communities across this part of Cornwall, and we will make sure every arrangement is handled with the same care regardless of where you live.
We work with both Glynn Valley Crematorium and Penmount Crematorium, and our team will help you choose whichever feels right for your family. On the day, we manage the procession from the agreed point, whether that is from home, a church such as St Michael's Church in Newquay, or directly from our funeral home on Chester Road, ensuring everything runs smoothly and at a pace that feels dignified and unhurried.
We arrange all kinds of services, from traditional religious funerals held at St Columb Minor Church or Newquay Roman Catholic Church through to entirely non-religious and humanist services. Our team will listen carefully to what matters most to your family and work with the officiant of your choice to create a service that genuinely reflects the person who died.
We have 15 on-site parking spaces at our Chester Road funeral home, including designated disabled parking, and there is additional street parking nearby if needed. Our ground floor arrangement room can seat up to six people comfortably, the building is fully wheelchair accessible, and we have an accessible toilet on site, so we have tried to make visiting us as straightforward as possible for everyone in your family.
