Yes, our team serves families across Cringleford, Eaton, Bowthorpe, Costessey, Trowse, and throughout Norwich. Wherever you are in the surrounding area, we can come to you and support you from the very first call. You don't need to worry about distance, caring for local families has been at the heart of what we do since 1920.
We work closely with Earlham Crematorium, St Faith's Crematorium, and Colney Park, and our team will help you choose the setting that feels right for your family. On the day itself, we will take care of every detail, from accompanying your loved one to the crematorium to ensuring the service runs with dignity and care. Our role is to be a steady, guiding presence so that you and your family can focus entirely on saying goodbye.
We have experience arranging funerals across a wide range of faiths and traditions, including Catholic, Church of England, Jewish, Muslim, Buddhist, and Humanist services. Our team can liaise with clergy or celebrants and, where appropriate, help arrange services at venues such as the Cathedral of St John the Baptist or St Andrew's Church in Eaton. Whatever matters most to your family, in faith, culture, or personal belief, we will do our utmost to honour it.
We are available around the clock, so please don't hesitate to call us at any time of day or night. Once you reach out, our team can arrange to bring your loved one into our care from anywhere in Norwich and the surrounding area, including Trowse and Bowthorpe. We will also guide you through the paperwork that needs to be completed in the days ahead, so that nothing feels overwhelming during what is already an incredibly difficult time.
Yes, we have a chapel of rest here on Unthank Road where you and your family are welcome to visit your loved one in a calm, private setting. The funeral home has on-site parking, so you won't need to worry about finding a space when you come to see us. We are also fully wheelchair accessible, and our team will always do whatever is needed to make sure every family member feels comfortable and supported when they visit.
