We work with several crematoriums depending on your family's wishes and location, including The Park, Tamar Valley, Torquay, and Bodmin. On the day, our team will take care of the procession from the agreed meeting point to the crematorium, ensuring everything runs with care and dignity. We will talk you through exactly what to expect at whichever crematorium you choose, so there are no surprises on what is already a difficult day.
Our Devonport funeral home on Albert Road is well placed to support families across Stonehouse, Stoke, Ford, and the wider Devonport area. Whether you are close by or a little further out, our team will come to you and guide you through every step of the arrangements. Please do get in touch and we will talk through how we can help.
We do have six on-site parking spaces at our Albert Road funeral home, though it is worth knowing that double yellow lines around much of the surrounding area can make street parking tricky, so we recommend using our on-site spaces where possible. The building is fully wheelchair accessible, with a ground floor arrangement room and an accessible toilet, meaning families do not need to manage any steps during what is already a hard time. Our arrangement room comfortably seats six to eight people, giving your family space to talk things through in private.
We are experienced in arranging all kinds of funerals from our Devonport funeral home, whether that means a traditional religious service, a fully secular humanist occasion, or something that blends different beliefs and personal touches. Every family is different, and we will always shape the arrangements around what feels right for the person who has died and for the people who loved them. Our team will listen carefully and make sure the service reflects a life lived in the way that matters most to your family.
We are available around the clock, so whenever you need us, whether it is the middle of the night or early morning in Devonport, you can call and someone from our team will answer. We can arrange to bring your loved one into our care, and we will talk you through the paperwork, including registering the death, at a pace that suits you. You do not need to have any decisions made before you call us, simply reaching out is enough to get the right support in place.
