We have a dedicated ground-floor arrangement room at our North Street funeral home, which can comfortably seat up to five people, so you can bring close family members with you when you come to discuss your plans. The room is fully accessible, and we also have an accessible toilet on site, so everyone in your family is welcome. If you are driving, we have six on-site parking spaces, and there is also street parking and Pay By Phone bays available close by on North Street for anyone joining you from across Romford or further afield.
We have supported families from many different backgrounds here in Romford and across areas like Dagenham, so whether you would like a traditional religious service, a humanist celebration, or something that reflects a specific cultural tradition, we will listen carefully and help shape something that truly honours your loved one. No two families are the same, and our team is here to make sure the service reflects who the person was.
You can call our North Street funeral home at any time, and one of our team will answer and talk you through everything calmly and without any pressure. We can arrange for your dad to be brought into our care at a time that suits your family, and once he is with us, you can take a little time before sitting down with us to talk through the arrangements. We have been helping families in Romford through exactly these moments since 1960, and we will make sure you never feel alone in the process.
Our funeral home on North Street has been serving families across Romford and the surrounding area since 1960, so we are very familiar with communities throughout Chadwell Heath, Rush Green, Rainham, and Dagenham. Wherever you are based, our team can come to you and guide you through every step of arranging a funeral for someone you love.
We regularly work with South Essex Crematorium and Forest Park Crematorium, and our team will help you choose whichever feels right for your family. On the day itself, we will take care of the procession from your chosen location to the crematorium, and a member of our team will be with you throughout to make sure everything runs smoothly and with dignity.
