Yes, our Wallasey funeral home on Liscard Road serves families across Wallasey, Liscard, New Brighton and Birkenhead, and we have been doing so since 1985. Whether you are close by or a little further afield, our team will come to you and make sure everything is taken care of from the very beginning.
We have two private arrangement rooms at our Liscard Road funeral home, one of which is on the ground floor, so there is no need to manage stairs if that is a concern for anyone in your family. We also have on-site parking, including a large car park at the back of the building and free street parking at the front, as well as wheelchair access and an accessible toilet, so we have tried to make sure every family feels comfortable and welcome from the moment they arrive.
We have a great deal of experience arranging religious funerals of all kinds, and we work closely with a number of local churches including St Alban's Church, St Joseph's Church and St Hilary's Parish Church. Whatever your faith or tradition, our team will liaise directly with the officiant and venue so that the service feels personal, dignified and true to your family's beliefs.
You can call us at any time, day or night, and our team will be there to help you, starting with bringing your mother into our care from wherever she has died, whether that is at home in Liscard, at a hospital or in a care home. We will talk you through the paperwork, the registration process and everything else at a pace that feels right for you, so that nothing feels overwhelming in those first difficult hours.
We work with Landican, Anfield and Springwood crematoriums, and our team will help you choose whichever feels right for your family. On the day, we will guide the procession from wherever you are gathering, whether that is from your home near New Brighton or directly from our Liscard Road funeral home, and we will stay with you every step of the way to make sure the service runs smoothly and reflects your loved one's life.
