A burial plan is a type of funeral plan you can pay for in advance. It allows you to protect your family from unexpected funeral costs and makes sure your funeral wishes are known.
There are a number of reasons why you may want to consider a burial plan. Religious beliefs may affect the decision between a burial or cremation or if you're looking at arranging an eco-friendly funeral a burial maybe more suitable.

We have 4 plans with a combination of services, so you can choose the one that works for you. You can see the differences between each burial plan below.
Our payment options
We have a choice of payment options, ranging from paying in full, spreading the cost over 6 or 12 months with no additional costs or monthly instalments over 2–25 years.
There's an additional instalment charge when paying over 2-25 years, as you’ll be paying over a longer period of time, and age restrictions apply as you must finish paying all instalments by your 80th birthday.^
^If you choose to make monthly payments over 2 to 25 years, or 2 to 5 years for a Direct Cremation Plan, and die as a result of an accident within the first 12 months of your plan, we will deliver all services provided in your plan. If you die after 12 months, we will deliver all the services provided in your plan, even if you’ve not finished paying for it. All previous payments must be paid up to date and your funeral must be carried out by one of our approved funeral directors. See our terms and conditions.

Spread the cost over 6 or 12 months with no additional costs, pay monthly payments over 2–25 years or 2-5 years for a Direct Cremation Plan. If you decide on monthly payments, a minimum deposit of £99 is required when you buy your plan. You can pay a bigger deposit if you’d like to lower the monthly costs.
