Yes, our team regularly supports families across Winsford, Barnton, Congleton, Macclesfield, and Broken Cross, so wherever you are in the surrounding area, we can be there for you. Distance is never a barrier when it comes to caring for your family, and we will come to you to collect your loved one and guide you through every step. Please do not hesitate to call our Middlewich Street funeral home to talk through what you need.
We work with families from many different religious and cultural backgrounds and take time to understand what matters most to you. Whether your family worships at St Mary's in Crewe, St Barnabas, St Matthews Church in Haslington, the Kingdom Hall in Crewe, or follows a tradition from a different faith entirely, we will do our best to honour those beliefs with care and respect. Our team will listen carefully and help shape a funeral that feels right for your family.
We are available around the clock, every day of the year, so you can call us at any time and someone from our team will answer. Once you are ready, we can come to wherever your father has died - whether that is a family home near Queens Park or a hospital elsewhere in the area - and bring him into our care gently and with dignity. From that point on, we will guide you through the paperwork and practical steps at a pace that suits your family, so you never have to face the process alone.
Yes, we have a chapel of rest at our Middlewich Street funeral home where you and your family are welcome to spend time with your loved one in private. Our funeral home is fully accessible, with step-free entry, a ground floor arrangement room, an accessible toilet, and designated disabled parking in our on-site car park, so we can accommodate everyone in your family comfortably. If you are driving from further afield and using Crewe Hall or the Lyceum Theatre as a landmark to find us, our team is always happy to talk you through the route when you call.
We work with four crematoriums depending on your family's wishes and location: Crewe, Macclesfield, Vale Royal, and The Birches. On the day, our team will lead the funeral procession to whichever crematorium you have chosen, and we will stay with you throughout the service to make sure everything reflects what your loved one deserved. If you would like to visit, for example, Macclesfield Crematorium beforehand to see the space, we can help arrange that so there are no surprises on the day.
