We are experienced in arranging funerals that honour a wide range of religious and personal beliefs, including services held at St John's Church in Hedge End or All Saints Church in Botley for those who wish to include a place of worship. For non-religious families, we can help plan a heartfelt humanist or civil ceremony that truly reflects the life that was lived. Whatever matters most to your family, our team will listen carefully and make it happen with the care it deserves.
Our funeral home on Lower Northam Road has a chapel of rest where you and your family can visit in a calm, private setting whenever you need to. We have wheelchair access throughout, so everyone who wants to visit is able to do so comfortably. If you are travelling by car, there are three free car parks on the corners of the main traffic lights nearby, which makes visiting as straightforward as possible.
Our Hedge End funeral home is here for families across Botley, West End, Netley Abbey, Bursledon, and the surrounding villages. Whether you are nearby on Lower Northam Road or a little further afield, our team will come to you. Distance is never a barrier when a family needs support.
You can call us at any time, day or night, and our team will be there to help you, including arranging for the person who has died to be brought into our care. Once they are with us, we can talk you through the paperwork at whatever pace suits you, there is no rush, and we will explain each step clearly. Families in Hedge End and the surrounding area can lean on us completely in those first difficult hours.
We regularly work with Wessex Vale, Southampton, Test Valley, and Portchester Crematorium, and our team will help you choose the one that feels right for your family. On the day itself, we will guide you through every moment, from the arrival of the cortège to the committal, so you can focus entirely on saying goodbye. Our funeral directors will be with you throughout, ensuring everything reflects the wishes of the person who died.
