You can call us at any time, day or night, and one of our team will answer and talk you through everything calmly and without any rush. When you are ready, we can arrange to bring the person who died into our care at our Totton funeral home on Water Lane, and we will explain the paperwork and registration process step by step so nothing feels confusing. There is no pressure to make any decisions immediately; our job in those early hours is simply to be there for your family.
We arrange funerals of all kinds, whether your family wants a traditional religious service, a fully secular celebration of life, or something in between. We work with local churches including St Matthew's Netley Marsh, St Mary's Church Copythorne, and Colbury Church, and our team will liaise directly with the officiant on your behalf. Whatever reflects the beliefs and wishes of the person who died, we will do our best to honour that.
