You’ll need to pay 50% of the funeral cost within 2 days of making the arrangements and the rest after the funeral has taken place.

Yes, we work closely with both Walton Lea and Altrincham crematoriums and can guide you through what to expect. On the day, we'll bring your loved one to the crematorium, coordinate the timing of the service, and make sure family and friends know where to go and when. Our funeral director will be there throughout to support you, and afterwards we'll return the ashes to you in the way you've chosen.

We'll arrange to bring your loved one into our care, either from the hospital, a care home, or from home if that's where they've passed away. We'll also talk through any particular customs or wishes your family has so everything reflects what matters most to you.
Yes, we have a peaceful chapel of rest here at our Stockton Heath branch where you're welcome to spend time with your loved one before the funeral. Many families find it helps to say a private goodbye, and you can visit as often as you need to.
