A tailored funeral gives you the flexibility and choice to make the funeral personal as you want, whatever someone’s faith, culture, personality or wishes.

Choose unique or traditional funeral cars, flowers and coffin type. We can also advise on personal touches that can be added free of charge. And you can agree the time, date and length of the service with your funeral director.

What to expect when arranging funeral

  • After you’ve told us someone has died, your funeral director will make an appointment with you to start the funeral arrangement.
  • We’ll listen to you and your ideas and help arrange the funeral that feels right
  • You’ll be given an estimate for the funeral based on the choices you’ve made. We’ll talk you through the different payment options available and when payments need to be made.

Organise the day of the funeral

There are some decisions you need to make for the day of the funeral. Like choosing a coffin, hearse, music or flowers. We’ve got everything you need to make the day just right.

We have a whole range of beautiful flowers. Let us know which flowers you like, and we’ll make sure they’re there on the day.

Choose from contemporary picture coffins, natural coffins made from wicker or wool or something more traditional.

Choose the songs that mean most to you all and we’ll play it on the day. Depending on the location of the service, there may be certain restrictions.
