What to expect when arranging funeral
- After you’ve told us someone has died, your funeral director will make an appointment with you to start the funeral arrangement.
- We’ll listen to you and your ideas and help arrange the funeral that feels right
- You’ll be given an estimate for the funeral based on the choices you’ve made. We’ll talk you through the different payment options available and when payments need to be made.
- We’ll be there for you all the way through, supporting you through all the arrangements, the day of the funeral and even even afterwards with specialist grief support should you need it.
